Mufti Danish Sardar is the heart and soul of Il An Noor Foundation. Despite being a remarkably bright academic student, he made the selfless sacrifice to step away from worldly schooling to devote his youth entirely to traditional Islamic sciences. He memorized the Holy Quran (Hafiz) in Rajasthan, graduated as an Alim from Darul Uloom Taloja, and attained the prestigious qualifications of Mufti and Qazi from the premier seminary of Darul Uloom Deoband.

Deeply rooted and respected in the community, he has harnessed his extensive network to nurture Il An Noor from a modest neighborhood library into a registered trust. He is the only member who works full-time around the clock for Il An Noor without holding any secondary job, personally directing emergency aid, matrimonial dispute counseling, Nikah solemnization, and spiritual lectures.

Master of Social Work (MSW) specializing in Urban and Rural Community Development & CSR from the prestigious Karve Institute of Social Service, Pune, and Bachelor’s graduate from the University of Mumbai. A seasoned social development professional and Head of Primary Research at NuSocia with over five years of dedicated sector experience (and former CSR Executive at Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd.), Faizan plays an indispensable strategic role in guiding Il An Noor Foundation. He spearheads data-driven impact assessments, CSR frameworks, community engagement models, and operational sustainability to ensure our grassroots interventions deliver lasting, measurable transformation.

Data Engineer with over two years of enterprise experience at Go Digital. Furqan played a foundational part in establishing, cataloging, and maintaining the Il An Noor Community Library from day one. With extensive classical study in Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), Quranic exegesis (Tafseer), and Islamic history, he advises on religious events and technical infrastructure while spearheading the foundation’s videography and media production.

Hafiz of the Quran and Software Engineer with 2+ years of enterprise experience (Systems Engineer at TCS). Abdur Rehman drives executive decision-making, operations, and event management. He conceived, architected, and engineered all of Il An Noor's digital systems (including Zawjain, hireAIble, MyZakat, and GetSIRtified), designs campaign posters and multimedia assets, and heads the student scholarship and free career guidance wing.

Hafiz of the Quran and Law Student with profound expertise in legal administration, statutory compliance, and trust documentation. Saifur Rehman guides the trust’s constitutional governance, statutory filings, and civic advocacy. An accomplished brand designer, he designed the official Il An Noor logo and numerous public posters, combining legal acumen with deep historical and civic knowledge.
